Postage Rate increase effective October 15, 2012

All orders are sent First Class Mail.  If you require expedited shipping, insurance or tracking of your order please contact me.  Requesting these services will increase postage costs for the customer.

Shipping Policies USA :

• One Pattern:  $2.55
• Two Patterns: $3.25
• Three or more patterns ships free!

The above is a “per paid order” and is not cumlative.  Any refunds due on shipping costs will be reimbursed through PayPal.

    CANADA:

• One Pattern:  $2.85
• Two Patterns: $3.65
• Three to Five Patterns: $4.85
• Six to Nine Patterns: $7.50

• Please be advised:  As of 01/27/2013 U.S. Postal Rates have more than doubled for International Shipping.

All duties, tariffs, and/or fees imposed by the country of the recipient shall be the responsibility of the recipient.

All items are generally shipped within 48 hours of  paid order, based on business days.  Weekends/Holidays may increase shipping time.

Some of you have noticed that patterns are “100 lbs.”  This is done for programing reasons; meaning to have the program be able to read when an order reaches three patterns.  The shipping charges will be dropped once a quantity of three patterns are reached.  Shipping charges are based on the amount of patterns ordered; not the weight of the patterns.

Do I have to sign in as a customer to make a purchase?

No, you do not have to sign in to make a purchase.  If you sign in as a customer, you may receive advance notice of special sales.

How do I search for a specific pattern?

In the Product Search box, enter the Manufacture’s Name and pattern number, then click the Search box. (example:  McCall’s 0000)  If the search pulls up multiple patterns of the Manufacturer, you will have to enter the pattern you are searching for in quotations. (example: “McCall’s 0000“).  If you need help, please contact me.
